Today for lunch I have organized to prepare my recipe with which I participate in the contest Saffron Yellow, and then having to prepare grilled out using the fireplace, I did not have much time to do a detail and different from the usual way I like it.
So I decided to make a classic, because yesterday I made a good meat sauce, and I made these delicious butterflies.
The meat sauce I prepared this way: I did
fry 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil with a small onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, celery and carrots all chopped.
I added the ground meat, I let it cook for about 3-4 minutes with the vegetables, I add salt, pepper, and I blended with half a glass of white wine, I added the chopped sage and rosemary to give more taste to the meat.
I added a jar of 500 grams of tomato sauce (made strictly in house!) And I let it cook for about 2 hours, adding a little water if necessary to cook thoroughly. Logically
a very low heat to avoid burning it.
Yesterday was good, but now even more!!
I leave the photo tomorrow and add the recipe and photos of my main dish for the competition and I anticipate that today I tried to make croissants also browsed ...... I have them ready to rise in the oven ....... I miss just the cooking .... but that's another story I'll tell you tomorrow what it came out!
