DREAMS

DREAMS

The Bible

Pharaoh dreams seven fat cows and seven lean years and then seven full and seven empty ears. Joseph foretells a time of abundant harvests (seven fat cows and seven ears full) and seven years of famine, then sets out to do in stocks in years of plenty to use in those of famine. Pharaoh convinced by the proposal of Joseph puts it over the land (Genesis 41.1 to 40).

American Indians American Indians with various techniques they searched for a dream when they wanted an indication of an important choice to make. For the dreams that usually manifests itself in, used their interpretation. Also characteristic of the built-mandala pendants that hung above the bed of the child to "catch the dreams" so that the small peaceful sleep.
Each tribe had its own shaman, who was then able to interpret the signals that were transmitted by both dreams that seemingly random events, and always knew what to do in every situation.
could all have dreams ecstatic, saying it was in use, once come to the childhood, the boys went for a few days in solitude in order to get the first ecstatic dream. Then, after quitting, they returned to the tribe and told in every detail the shaman, who in turn interpreted and established what would be the role of the boy in the tribe, when he became an adult.

Proust

At various times in his great work relates Proust of dreams and nightmares and the different sensations you feel during the stage of sleep and waking. About the revival says
"... I spent a second over centuries of civilization, and the image blurred that I could see the oil lamps and flat-collar shirts, little by little, he would rework the original elements of myself. Perhaps the immobility of the things around us is imposed on them by our certainty that they and not others, stillness of our thoughts towards them. "

FREUD
For Freud the dream is the product of activity ' unconscious, very simply, it symbolically represents the realization of desires of the subject. It comes from the emotional contour of the subject itself, its guilt, its complaints and various tricks of the mind in order to disguise the profound message of the mind . Freud judged dreams as hallucinations physiological, as opposed those pathological conditions that occurred in the subject awake. Through associations and other locations psychoanalytic ideas he was trying to treat mental disorders of his patients, giving considerable room for interpretation of their dreams.
The individual elements that form the scene of the dream appears frequently reproduce memories and fragments of real events of recent or remote past. These are known as daylight remains, that is the residue of the vigil. If they help to build the dream sequence, but not explain, are used by the dream to achieve their goals and specifications. In general, the dreams of adults express desires incompatible with the ego, and then censored. Regarding the function of dreams, Freud argues that this unconscious desires by providing a small and innocent form of hallucinatory fulfillment, is a compromise between the demands of the ego and trends removed.

Currently, analysts are more likely to regard the dream as a representation of the psychological situation existing in the subject when the dream is done, and the figures that appear dreamlike experience as well as represent objects or persons to whom directs the dreamer's desires, they can also symbolize aspects of the personality of the individual.

JUNG

According to Carl Gustav Jung, the dreams could be seen even from a perspective point of view that is with an eye on the future. Jung observed in these lines of development of psychological growth. He began by finding that manifest themselves in dreams about the possibilities of "things not yet realized." Jung conceived from the outset had dreams like creations.
Another difference from the Freudian model is that according to Jung's dream may represent not only the personal unconscious content, including its themes of the collective unconscious is that part of our psyche that preserves universal symbols called archetypes that come from personal acquisitions but are inherited from the species as a result the history of humanity from the beginning. According to the Jungian concept must be attributed to the collective production of myths, religious ideas, visions and dreams, because people from different cultures can spontaneously draw on a common symbolic imagery. Jung describes this kind of dream "big dreams", dreams that are rich in meaning that comes from this deeper layer of the psyche. These dreams occur mostly in the decisive period of life, namely in early childhood, during puberty, in the middle of the road (between 36 and 40 years) and Conspectu mortis. It is no longer in the case of archetypal images, personal experiences, but in a certain extent of general ideas, whose basic meaning is to be found in the sense that it is their characteristic and not in some context of personal events.
Jung came to formulate the concept of collective unconscious through his interpretation of his dream, which featured a classic symbol of the dream: the home. He dreamed of being in a comfortable lounge furnished in eighteenth-century style, the first floor of a house unknown but it felt to be his home. He went to explore the rest of the house. Saw a heavy door that opened onto a staircase, fell to the floor below which led into a cellar. This cellar was a large room with an antique look beautiful vaulted ceiling, and below it, passing another scale, he found himself in a sort of cave like a tomb full of prehistoric skeletons with skulls and fragments of pottery. Jung interpreted the dream thus:

"It was clear that the house represented a kind of image of the psyche, that is the condition in which it was then my conscience, with more additions unconscious until then acquired. The consciousness was represented by the living room had an atmosphere of populated place. By beginning the ground unconscious itself. How to get off the bottom, the less strange and obscure. In the cave I had found the remains of a primitive civilization, ie the world of primitive man in myself, a world that can only with difficulty be reached or illuminated by consciousness. My dream is thus a sort of diagram of the structure of the human psyche. The dream became a guiding image for me. It was my first glimpse of life in the personal psyche, a collective from the outset that I thought was made up of traces of primitive modes of action. Later, with more experience and wider knowledge base, I saw in those ways of acting forms of instinct, ie the archetypes. "

If the technique is the interpretation of Freudian free association, the procedure used by Jungian analysts is the 'amplification', which is to require a person to spend on your dream, providing his impressions of it, expressing what it hits him in particular, along with other images and symbols, thus illuminating the themes in dreamy shades of all their possible meanings, also using the 'active imagination "that bears patient to come awake in the dream state of mind, following spontaneous fantasies, images and symbols that arise.

NIGHTMARES

Nightmares are common in children, generally occur between 4 and 12 years and then disappear in adolescence. Their appearance in adulthood and their persistence over time are related to stressful life situations and psychological problems in the affective sphere, in particular related to anxiety and lack of control of aggressive impulses, or are due to the abrupt cessation of certain drug treatments (such as barbiturates). Although abstinence from drugs, amphetamines and alcohol may create the appearance of nightmares.
When applicants indicate the presence of a physical or psychological problem that needs to be adequately resolved: it is always a sign that the body sends us.
Although the latter phrase suggests a split between body and mind, what I mean is different. We
commonly used and conditioned to think on the basis of a split between body and mind, and therefore also the language often leads to generate this misunderstanding. In this type of packaging also includes a tendency to believe that the brain is the seat of the mind. As if in our brain, there was the "pilot" of our lives ... the homunculus that form thoughts, and the body was nothing but a car driven by this homunculus.
This concept is nothing short of insane, but, unfortunately, was rooted in Western culture for centuries. Even if psychology, epistemology, all branches of modern culture have amply demonstrated the fallacy, it remained in our substrate and symbolic language, so you must always continue to dismantle this view, even when we are convinced that it has already dismantled !
So, back to the sentence first say that the body shows signs of discomfort with the symptoms and even dreams. To simplify the saying "the body sends to the mind", but do not imagine that these are two separate currencies.
A dream is so grievous may result from a distressing situation that is going through, both from a physical disorder, especially if it is early or subclinical stage, when it has not yet been diagnosed.

For Freud, dreams of anxiety are the result of a failure of the work of censorship: the censorship function without the camouflage, the self is invested by the contents of the unconscious. Freud writes about it: "The observation is that dreams have a content of anguish escaped censure. The dream of anxiety is often found wish fulfillment, of course not a desire but a desire to accept rejected. Anxiety is the clue that the repressed desire was more powerful of the complaint, that desire has imposed, or was about to impose its satisfaction against censorship. " Those dreams bring the dreamer in the face of desires, thoughts and memories that he has denied and does not recognize as their own. These little known aspects of the self

are organized in what Jung called the Shadow (which is our part refused, the sum of all the personal characteristics that, because of their incompatibility with the lifestyle choice consciously, the individual hides himself and to others) that can personify the characters are introduced in the dream that dream. In fact, dreams of anxiety in psychotherapy provide the most direct way to find out the real problem affecting the life of the subject and you talk to ordinary dreams to reach the solution. In anxiety dreams the dreamer is faced with a situation that threatens his dream identity, they mark special moments of life of the individual, having to do with the troubles related to personal activities, and that is why they are more often during adolescence and the crisis of middle age.
E 'can distinguish between the dreams of anxiety in three broad categories of interpretation.

The first derives from the nightmares playing traumatic experiences from the subject in the past, situations or hazards which could not react adequately, in which he was the subject passive victim. Invasions are violent in psychological continuity, represent an unacceptable attempt to assimilate, remember to convert to an unimaginable.

In the second category are those that arise from distressing dreams, fears for its own impulses, sexual and aggressive, and, as we said in the shadow report, each of these uncontrolled trends can be found in a symbolic representation of monstrous beings or animals .

In the third category are those dreams, or semi-dream experiences, which are the product of simple mental home bodily sensations, such as the pangs of hunger, creating visceral nightmares of being attacked by spiders or tingling of leg becomes the attack on an army of ants, or the impression of being crushed by a heavy weight.

Jungian interpretation, the terror of nightmares, as well as representing the effect of the encounter with the Shadow, could be attributable to the mysterium tremendum the primordial force of the appearance of a powerful archetypal collective unconscious that can personify the dreamer as a monstrous entity.

HOMEOPATHY In homeopathy there are
's remedies riccorrenti characterized by certain dreams.
But these are simple key notes that mark some remedies.
In Homeopathy, the trail during healing, the patient often refers to the doctor some dreams, which can address the latter is in understanding
-confirmation of the effectiveness of the remedy chosen, the choice of remedy later.
Some cancer patients who received homeopathic treatment as a support of allopathic treatment, have reported very interesting dreams that have highlighted the relationship they had with the concept of life, personal suffering and death, as they healed, continued to report dreams that revealed the release of the disease.
Some terminally ill, finally, always treated with homeopathic remedies, have narrated dreams in which he noted in an increasingly accepted as a peaceful end imminent. STOP

Bach Flower

BACH FLOWERS

Figures. White Chestnut: Horse chestnut are flowers, a portrait of Ivan, a subject Honeysuckle and preparation method of the flowers with the sun. Exposed to the sun for a few now the bowl with spring water and flowers gently squeeze so that the top of the corolla is first in contact with water. In this case it is Chicory.

Flower therapy acts as an activator and catalyst, in that determine self-awareness and optimization of positive qualities.
According to Bach, there can be no true healing without peace of soul and without a feeling of inner joy. " the only way to heal is to identify the error within us and get rid of it. The flowers are not the sloluzione for a specific disease but a help to stimulate the subject to enhance the quality opposite to that which gave rise of the disorder, because the only way you can dissolve the conflicts caused by a mental ateggiamento discordant. A certain flower is able to act at the level of electromagnetic field (called "Aura" by leteratura new age), profoundly changing the substrate on which it had developed the disease.
The life of Dr Bach (on which you can find a lot of data on the web) was a testimony to the validity of his ideas. Suffice it to reflect on the fact that he prolonged his life for 19 years (compared to the time that was predicted nell'infausta diagnosis) during which he had the time to develop an effective therapeutic system and to introduce an approach alternative to the disease: he also comforted by my theory that you die only after completing their mission.

HOW DOES Floritherapy

assumptions of Bach flower therapy for the operation of four, all simultaneously.
(1) The disease in its origin is immaterial. It originates in the human energy field (aura or field elettroagnetico). So much activity as emotional stimuli involve the same energy. Emotion is comparable to energy. There is no relation of cause and effect of balance between emotion and disease, but they are related.
(2) The disease is the result of a conflict between the soul and personality. This is expressed in terms through a vibrational energy difference between physical and emotional body
, on the one hand, and other spiritual body, appearing as a conflict on a psychic level.
(3) The unity of all things (supported by the mystics of all time, and part of modern physics). Burr says the same thing when he says that "The fields" are a part of the organization of the universe and are influenced by larger forces of space. Although we have the feeling of being separate, we are energetically connected to the universe (soon developed between this hypothesis takes account of the subject in its environment)
(4) While the mind the most delicate and sensitive organism, it appear lighter and place the genesis of the disease. It uses, therefore, the observation of the mind as a guide to learn the necessary remedies. The emotion or state of mind is therefore the phenomenon to Bach and not the cause of the disease. I do not feel sick to the liver because I hate: hate is the visible sign of an alteration invisible energy that binds the liver on the one hand and hate in the consciousness of the other. Hate is the tip of the iceberg. The emotions or feelings that are intuitive assessment by the subject of a state body, the impulses that led him to act and the situations he faces. The phenomenon is commonly described as feeling in fact, that the body feels something, that something is heard. What is heard is a process within the organization. The fact of being heard is a step in the process. So the feeling of imbalance and a specific disease state is a unique process, energy, visible only in consciousness. This concept is emphasized because it is the mistake that many doctors do and certainly the whole conception = allopathic drug care and pathology support is given as a remedy for the emotional side, as if the emotion was a status that is added to 'body but was not part of it. Be guided by emotion in the imbalance we want to act on the whole body through the flower remedies. When
board one or more flowers to a customer, before I fill out a questionnaire with the statements of the classics that are used to determine the appropriate remedy. In contrast to implementing many pharmacists and herbalists, I do not do the test kinesiological on hand. This test, in my opinion, is totally unreliable done on two feet and makes a great disservice to kinesiology. In fact, to do a test kinesiological properly and therefore reliable, one needs to balance the base system and make sure that there are no false answer. To do this, it takes at least 15 minutes. So I suggest you take this test only if you are sitting by the naturopath or kinesiologist: if you're not buying a bottle in a shop, with the row behind you and minutes for all scheduled tasks that you just left the shop. After taking into account the data that expresses the score on the questionnaire, tutavia, I do not just give advice to the flowers they bring, but I add some of those that emerge from my impressions of your body language, as well as on what has expressed by word and did not strikeout in the questionnaire. In fact, no one will say I'm selfish, or are incapable of love for free. Rather the person will say, for example, talking of his son: "After all I do for him ... I pay for itself in this way, not caring me and only lasciandomisempre "But this means between the lines" I am willing to judge you well if you do what I want. If you do what you want, then do not love you or respect you, you think it is a thankless one. "
This is one of the reasons why it is useful to seek the advice of the flowers: others can see in us something different from what we see ourselves and the sum of the two views you can check out a "juice" more effective. If the flower is in the field of consciousness of the therapist, one must prescribe it.
This position is not to invalidate an indication of Bach to act levels: it often happens that the mental state of unconscious is hidden, but not necessarily by another mental state that corresponds to another flower.

In some cases, the subject relates to continue to feel the symptoms, but to be "another side", and finally symptoms resolve, as if the subject is simultaneously present in another dimension and this feeling about altered states of consciousness. Similar conditions are tested with different drugs and especially with opiates.

The third area to explore is the environment of the subject. We are united in our surrounding world. Then, the therapist must try to perceive the flower in the environment of the subject. For example, the exaggerated fear of the child triggers the problems of the mother. aspen requiring the mother, even if the mother has no fear, the problems have been solved.

E 'key to capture the essence of the mental state.
The fact that Bach flowers act by changing the vibration of our energy base, and then amplify the awareness and change their behavior is a powerful weapon of transformation and change. E 'med an evolutionary, if we mean by changing the amplification of consciousness. Bach has taught us that what is in consciousness is in the body and Shakespeare that "we are made of the stuff of dreams."

In a study by Stefan Ball was set to work on some salts to see any effects of Bach flower. They were chosen chosen 3 flowers. This is a pilot study ended very well, which opens the way for a large number of studies. Serves to highlight the physical effects of Bach flower in spite of detractors. One of the authors is a geologist.

"We took into account the reaction of Na2CO3 and CaCl2, aimed at the formation of calcite CaCO3 and NaCl. *

the value of the solubility product of NaCl is much higher than that of CaCO3. Between the two chloride salts lesion is, in itself significantly disadvantaged relative to each other with regard to the possible precipitation of crystalline aggregates ready to be examined. The starting components were not put in amounts stoichiometric but with a much higher imbalance of CaCl2. That is, 1d diCaCl2 and 0.75 g-mole-mole of CaCO3. This is to get a reaction equilibrium shifted strongly in favor of precipitation of calcium carbonate, and sodium chloride should remain in solution. Time allowed for response = 48 hours.
Ovviam we have done with this amount in the blank test in which it was obtained by the precipitation of calcite alone. If the blank is providing more energy, helps you get a small formation of sodium chloride. If you add ethanol, the balance back and you can not make the slightest amount of sodium chloride, even with additional heat. So we should not expect neoformation of sodium chloride after heating in the tests with addition of Bach flower (water-alcohol solutions).
=
tests with flowers (1) Wild Rose
(2) wather
Violet (3) Crab Apple

Wild Rose = pink dog.
is the remedy to evoke vitality, energy and dynamism. Wather Violet is able to evoke humility and tolerance, Crab Apple, wild apple, is able to tolerate a state of mind tended to order, to avoid following details at the expense of a general plan of a higher order.
the addition of (1) provided a share of energy to the system and there has been a small amount of precipitation sodium chloride, as observed in the blank with the addition of heat. The flowers were placed in three different tests, not in sequence in the same tube. Obviously it was revealed to investigators until the end "what" from time to time had added to the system and what was the specific effect of the flowers.
The outcome of this experiment is surprising given the presence of ethanol.
After the addition of heat, there was a different crystalline morphology of calcite, while the sodium chloride is back in solution. With the addition of wather
Violet occurred the same situation with Wild Rose, but with a higher chloride production sodium and then disappeared with the addition of heat is sodium chloride. The Crab Apple
test resulted in only calcite, while adding heat appeared the same small amount of sodium chloride.
These results are summarized in the following table: *

INTERPRETATION
although wild roses evokes vitality, it is normal to find it to promote the crystallization of sodium chloride in a system that favors. On the other hand wather violet that is the remedy of sharing is quite natural to find him in the first instance to crystallize calcite and sodium chloride. Recall that Bach advised him to share aspects of our own side. Finally granted even find the data crab apple, which is the flower that can not circumvent the general priority rules, ie the flower that ensures that things need to be conducted in a pure, without interference.
NOTE 1 = The Medical persecuted in many ways Bach, always threatening to expel.
NOTE 2 = some remedies must be in aqueous solution, especially for children or former alcoholics. The aqueous solution was short term. Alternatively you can use vinegar as a preservative RASPBERRY always 40 gtt x 30 ml.
remedies by dissolving the pure take 15 drops in a glass of water to drink in small sips over 24 hours. It can also be used for outdoor use 15 drops in the bath water.

NB undiluted flower remedies in general activate harmonization processes in the short term and are set when you want to relieve acute emotional distress.
diluted remedies act on the deeper aspects of the person and are useful to catalyze and promote processes that lead to a widening of the therapeutic awareness.

FLOWERS AND PHYTOTHERAPY

the plant complex can alter the physical plane, while you are working with the floriterapia balancing the emotions that are causing the trouble. Mimulus
needed by the people because it behaves so timid, with its mild redness around the corolla. As well as honeysuckle, with its nostalgic scent reminiscent of the melancholy evening. O the wild mustard (mustard) that rises suddenly, without apparent cause, just like the inexplicable major depression. Sometimes the conduct relates to the tree, as in the case of the strong and protective oak (oak), which takes it hard in spite of everything, willow (willow) that seems to weep and moan, olive or vine characteristics so specific that Bach felt the need to look precisely those plants, not belonging to the local flora, to solve a particular mood.
look at some practical aspects of parallel use of herbal medicine and flower essence therapy
EXPLANATION OF CARE When should the flowers Bach is generally a brief conversation in which in addition to gathering the information necessary to identify the most suitable flowers, we also try to explain in positive terms, the key of the chosen species. In herbal medicine also. The only difference is that in the first case we speak mainly of emotions (eg "this flower will help you to stop worrying about that thing") in the second of the effects of physical ("we add this herb, which is relaxing for the nervous system while not causing drowsiness).
RULES 'OF ENGAGEMENT
while the flowers are fairly standardized, in the case of herbal medicine course change much. It 'so important to explain well, even if briefly, the various methods of recruitment evitndo to create confusion between the two types of remedies.

THE RHYTHM OF THE DAY
flowers that normally you should take 4 times a day, should not be taken in conjunction with other remedies, but leaving at least ten minutes of posting. In general, you should not require many preparations at the same time, especially how to avoid too complex care management.

FOUR SPECIFIC DISORDERS AS AN EXAMPLE OF COMBINING

(1) Panic
Linden MG. or infused with lime, hawthorn, bitter orange and Roman chamomile, as well as verbena leaves and the top of lemon balm. Among Bach Flower Remedies may well combine rock roses, aspen, cherry plum and white chestnut

(2)
Hypericum Depression, combined with lime if this anxiety, to oat and eleutherococcus if this weakness. Bach flower remedies that matches are impressive mustard for depression, for the average gentian, gorse, if the subject feels their backs to the wall, energy-depleted, wild roses if the person is apathetic, sweet chestnut if there desperation linked to an emotional pain.

(3) ECZEMA
ribes nigrum, often combined with Cedrus libani, wild rose, Ulmus, viola tricolor, Essential oil of melaleuca, marigold, musk rose. How to give crab apple flower essence therapy, the great purifier, possibly leading to beech.

(4) MENOPAUSE
cimicifuga, soy isoflavones, hops, sage, cypress. How to give floriterapia walnut, mustard and binary chicory, red chestnut, honeysuckle very related to female problems. advised to avoid all three flowers at once.
