Semifreddo Nougat





Ingredients:

150/200 gr. nougat

1 egg 30 gr.
sugar 250 ml. whipping cream
a finger of brandy or other liqueur of your choice
dark chocolate milk as needed to seal


Preparation: Chop the nougat
