Ingredients:
- 300 g of spaghetti;
- 10 prawns;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- Etra Virgin Olive Oil:
- chili;
- parsley;
- white wine.
Wash and remove the eyes of the shrimp, cut a slot on the back and put them in a pan with two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, garlic, chilli and parsley.
Bake for about 10 minutes and deglaze with white wine.
When they are cooked, keep aside to embellish the dish of prawns and other remove the pulp and mash the head to let out the gravy.
Cook the spaghetti and just cooked, pour into pan with shrimp, I put a bit of cheese on each plate and serve putting an escape from the previously held.
