This recipe I made this week, as usual in the evening when I get back from work not I know what prepare for dinner and honestly sometimes I'm tired and I would not rack your brains for making dinner, but my guests sit at table and wait ....... so I decided to search the internet for a recipe for flatbread and I found this' s Anna http://ipiaceridellavita2.blogspot.com/2010/11/piadine.html I tried it and it really is better I would say the original!!

Ingredenti:
250g flour 00;
120g of warm water 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (or lard 40g)

really good because as you can see from the picture my child much appreciated!!
