Here is a pizza baked with a delicious four cheese Oven Ferrari, with Gorgonzola, Emmental, mozzarella and asiago.
Pasta is my usual one I use for cooking the pizza in the gas oven, I have not yet experienced a paste "special" for the oven.
It 's done with a glass of warm water, 12 g yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar, a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil and 500 g of flour type OO.
When mixed form small balls and let rise about 200 g for 3 hours.
Paving and quickly .... in oven for 5 minutes!
Delicious !!!!!
